What breed?

Blue Ameraucana.
Possibly black Orpington or Australorp.
The brown one is maybe a Welsummer.

so the top one--gray was sold as a sapphire gem. The other two were sold as an olive egger and jersey giant. Or at least that is what I had asked for.

Saphire gems are hybrids, so there isnt really a breed standard for them, but due to breeds used for them they are single combed....your first bird has the bud of a pea comb. I do see what looks like a single comb bud on the other, darker, blue in the back.....it may be you have you oe and sg mixed up.

I see what is possibly a lavender ameraucana in the first pic, what I'm guessing is a black copper marans or an austrolorp in the second (definitely not a black jersey giant, with those pink toes), and the brown could be any number of things. What color are its legs? It could be a Speckled Sussex, Welsummer or a Brown Leghorn; as the most popular.

Post some more pics of them at 6 weeks, to tell the gender, and give a better idea on the breed. Just curious, where did you get them?

I got them at a local feed store. They are known to be generally good about the breeds and have them clearly marked.

What I got that day was the following.

White Crested Poish
Silver lace polish
2-EE 's
Cinnamon Queen
Sapphire Gem
Olive Egger
Jersey Giant

The problem with hatcheries is I think they tend to mix in the BJG with the Austrolorps sometimes to increase the BJGs egg production. Most people wouldn't know the difference, but Austrolorps have distinctly white/pink foot bottoms and Jersey Giants are yellow. Unfortunately, that little tuxedo chick cannot be a BJG.
That said, it looks like the blue could be a blue EE or a blue olive egger. And the brown... what color are its legs? is it a pea comb or a single comb? Its probably an EE as well.

It does have yellow on the bottom of its feet. I checked that yesterday.
