Autrolorp rooster can be very aggressive. Mine ran away we were going to butcher him then one night he was gone. I have scars from this beast. try to catch him then chicken and dumpling for dinner.

I agree looks like an Australorp hen.

I would talk to the neighbor about being concerned that she may get run over or accidentally trapped in your garage.

From your picture, It's a black chicken with a straight comb, There are any number of breeds that fit that description.

Could be an Australorp. Could be a Black Orpington. Could be a sexlink. Could be a Marans. Could be a Jersey Giant.

If she belongs to a neighbor and not to you ... then the breed is "stray!" I second letting your neighbor know of your concern for her chicken's safety. Remind her that, in surprise battles between a chicken and a moving vehicle, the vehicle always wins. That should curtail your wandering visitor's appearances.
