I got this chick last week and I was told it was a red frizzle. Well, the feathers are not "frizzling". Can you guys tell me what kind of chick I have?

I don't know what kind it is-hoping a bump will get other responses. One thing that should help with identifying is it has feather feet which narrows it down.
