Ordered mixed breds and got a mixed bag.

Is it a cochin? If so, what kind.

Is it a Maran (foreground)?

Is it a barred rock rooster? Or could it be a maran rooster?

And what is this girl?

Silver pencilled cochin?

Chick 2 & 3
Remind me of Cuckoo marans.

Chick 4
Easter Egger? Probably labeled as an Americana.

Chick 5
Closer pic would be nice of leg color and comb, and feather pattern. :)

They're pretty!

Only guessing on the first. I think it might be a Langshan. The reason is the tall stance and the proudly upright tail. As for the pattern I dont know.

1 silver penciled cochin
2&3 barred Plymouth Rock
The two tone girl is a partridge
And the last don't know sorry

Hoping that the pullet is a maran and not barred rock (i actually ordered a maran). There doesn't seen to be distinct "barring" on her. The rooster does seem more barred.

Partridge is a color pattern and not a breed, right? Any other ideas on breed for the two- tone pullet?

Here are a couple more shots of the speckled Sussex ( I think)

#4 is the one that is turning out to be a complete mystery. Could she be a Welsummer? That is what I was supposed to get. She has some of the characteristics. As a chick, she was very dark, but had some of the underlying 'chipmunk' stripes.

No the coloring isn't right for a welsummer maybe a mix hard to say I think you wre right with sussex

Also, maran man, I'm curious what makes you think 2&3 are barred rock? I'm hoping the pullet, at least is Maran. To my uninitiated eyes, there doesn't appear to be super clear barring on either bird, though the roo looks to be somewhat barred.
