What breed?

I got this chick from the feed store and they said they didn't order these from the hatchery, the were just added into the order. What is she? I'd say Leghorn, but she has black specks all over her.

a dominant white gene hen crossed with any colour cockerel will give that black leakage on a white background

I have many of them as I cross my leghorn hens with random roos
