what breed

Came from mcmurry hatchery

Thanks!

Looking at the McMurray breed list here are the chicks that have chipmunk down:
Light Brown Leghorn, Silver Leghorn, Welsummer, Phoenix (which comes in Silver although they don't list a color), Modern Black Breasted Red Game (I am not sure what color legs these have--I am thinking green or slate? maybe you could look it up), Old English Game Bantam (but their legs should be white/pink).

Was this a rare breed chick in an order or out of a bin at a feed store? How was it labeled? It would be really helpful if you would provide as much information as possible about the chick and where you got it, how bright of a yellow the legs are if it has a single comb etc so that us helpers don't have to tease it out of you!

Shipped directly to me free rare breed chick is what it is I was thinking silver leghorn or Phoenix legs are kinda pale yellow thanks

I think that you have it narrowed down correctly. Both of those breeds are fairly light weight breeds and the chicks might be smaller. I think that you will need to wait until it grows up to know which breed. They really will look similar until they get their adult plumage in so it may take awhile!

eta: I was trying to give you some helpful advice for the future about putting all of the relevant information all together up front when you post a question about breed id--include such things as origin, leg color comb type etc! As a rule of thumb, your posts asking us to id chicks for you should be longer than the replies of the folks that want to help you. I am adding this because you seemed inpatient about not getting replies and the reason helpers pass over a thread is that not enough information is in the original question and they know that it will take several questions to tease out enough information to make a good judgement.

Just trying to help out! Good luck with your flock!

Hard to tell....lighting does make it trickier.

If it is bantam size, I would go with OEGB.

It if is full size, yellow leg, SHOULD be either a Brown Leghorn or Welsummer, but leg colors are often off on hatchery birds.. It looks too crisp a chipmunk to me to be a Partridge Rock. It might even be a Speckled Sussex or OEG as another posted guessed. No puffy cheeks so shouldn't be an Easter Egger.

Time will tell. There are a lot of breeds that have chipmunk chicks.

EDITED TO ADD: ah, I see another page of posts...looks like you've got some good info from McMurray and another poster.
