Woah, I thought EEs just laid shades of blue!
Nope! Because they are mutts, you can have a bird that lays blue, green, brown, or pink, and still have it be an easter egger.
Yeah, but technically an Easter egger can also lay green eggs. So an Easter egger is also an olive egger. Am I making sense today??
Well I suppose an easter egger that happens to lay green is an olive egger, but not an easter egger that lays blue, brown, or pink. Not all olive eggers are easter eggers. If you're buying an olive egger, they'll usually be a blue layer crossed with a brown layer (example: legbar with marans) to create the green egg coloring.
