Picked up a few turkeys the other day and fairly sure they are mixed breed, not that it's a big deal, but would like to figure out what's mixed with them. Looks like some broad breasted bronze but look to have some black spanish in them to me. They aren't at all huge like some bronzes i had previously.

The photos aren't the best because of lighting and angles, but they might be black-winged bronze, or there is a slight chance that they are mottled black. Mottled black is essentially a royal palm with a black-based gene. I would lean towards the bw bronze.

If it is something more complicated, it is often hard to tell because the offspring of two different types of parents rarely looks intermediate to the two. For example, crossing royal palms and bourbon reds produces red bronze and golden Narragansett.
