This is my nine week old cockerel Emmy. He was the first chick I ever hatched in my incubator. I had questioned if he was a black sex link as he had a white spot on his head when he hatched and he is barnyard mix. Anyway I can now see he is definitely a cockerel. He tried crowing 2 weeks ago! I’m gonna post some pictures any guesses on what breed(s) he may be. He is like a dark barred color and has white legs. He is mostly black and white barred but has some beautiful gold on his back.
