I order a bunch of girls from Mcmurray earlier this year they are about 2 months old now. I ordered only hens so I know they’re all girls but I am not sure of there breeds. I ordered 1 EE and 4 Whiting True Blue. Let me know what you guys think.

Whiting true blue and EE can be very similar in appearance. Both types are mixes and can look like anything, really. Should have pea combs or modified pea combs. Can you post photos that show the whole bird, also legs and combs?
The WTB have leghorn heritage, so pretty sure the two white birds are WTB anyway.😊

All are Easter Eggers, one is probably a WTB though.

Thank you so much for info. When they were just chicks 1-5 days old you could definitely tell that one (the multi colored grayish one) had the fluffy checks so I assumed that was the EE but now that there older more than one have that trait. But that theory lines up with the white ones being the WTBs. Also, they all have clean legs. Let me know if that helps. Thank you, Claire

Well probably difficult to tell for sure which ones are which until they lay. Whiting true blues are true for the blue egg color only. Their appearance can vary greatly. The Easter Egger though can lay any color and may very well be blue but could also be green or teal or even tan or pink.😊

How do they look now? They appear to all be some type of Easter egger.
