Hello!
I have two chicks that I need help identifying. I know one for certain is a bantam, and I have no clue about the other (she came in a "bantam" tub that also had meat birds, barred rocks, and New Hampshires in the mix - all of which I received
). They are approximately 8 weeks old now. Any help would be appreciated!
Chick #1) The bantam. She was a VERY slow grower and just now got her adult feathers in these past two days. She has a brownish body, with a small striped pattern. But then the feathers on her head are primarily white in the middle and with a little brown on the edges. She is a bit smaller than my seabrights but bigger than my Gold Old Englishes.
Chick #2) this is the chick I have no clue about! She has the most pretty feathers, but an ugly face! She literally looks like the actor who plays Toby on the American version of The Office.
she is kind of hard to take pictures of, so one of them is from when she was around 6 weeks (so please ignore the text on top). I can try to get better pictures of her if needed.
And one more that doesn't really help, but makes me laugh because of her face! You probably caught it in the first picture I added on here!
So...any ideas on what these guys are? I have no clue what to search up to even try and find their breed, so I'm turning to you guys! I'm just so curious because I have never seen any breeds like them before. Thank you for any help, guesses, or ideas you may have!
