What breeds are they??

Can't help you on breeds, but to help tame them spend a lot of time just sitting with them, in their coop and run, and after you see they have calmed down some offer them treats (mealworms work great!) from your hand. Toss some out towards them, letting them see its coming from your hand. Your bravest ones will eventually eat out of your hand, the most skittish ones will take a little longer to get comfortable with that. It takes time but if you are persistent you will get them tamed.

RIRs are bossy and aggressive to others- is she like that?

ive seen her peck at other hens like twice and the others follow her around alot, but she is probbaly the most relaxed out of all of them

I don't think the lobe is white like that, I think it is the lighting that is making it appear white. @JasperMoon, does the first hen have white lobes?

XD I did not see the spurs.. oops XD or the earlobes.. I thought leg horn at first but changed my mind because the comb looked a little small to be a leg horn and I didn't see the earlobes either...
