What Breeds Have Black and Blue Bars?

I have a 7 week old pullet and it is black and blue barred. The feed store thought it was a dominique when i purchased at a couple of days old, but that was the one chick they weren't sure about.

What chicks are black and blue barred (because it appears that Dominiques are black and white barred)?

I would suggest taking a photo of the bird in question - that will be much more beneficial in ID'ing him/her.
