What breeds of chickens do you have?

I have 6 cream legbar pullets, 1 cream legbar rooster, 3 buff Orpington, 3 speckled Sussex, 3 barred rock, 3 white Ostra and 3 black copper Karan's.....

I have cream legbars, and blue ameracaunas being delivered today (hopefully soon). Do you like them as a breed? What's the pros and cons of the cream legbars?

I have 2 brown leghorns, 1 black sex link, 1 New Hampshire red, and 1 buff Orpington! I also had a barred rock but she died about a week after she hatched

Mostly I got chickens to be self sufficient, but I also just love birds so they're my pets as well!

My goal is definitely self-sufficiency but, they definitely turned into pets as well! They're such characters lol.

I love the cream Legbars so far. I am kinda new to it. I love that they are auto sexed, there cute crests and their blue eggs. Mine are super sweet too.

I'm glad to hear they're friendly. I'm super excited to see mine today. I'm a little nervous about them being sent through USPS though. Did you get yours through the mail?

Well it depends! The one, Bailey, is incredibly skittish and a tad aggressive with my other hens when food is around, but her sister Becky, is a big sweetheart who lets me hold her and squawks for my attention. They both got the same humanization when they were chicks from me, so I guess their personalities are just different. XD I do love them, and when I can get a hold of her, Bailey is very docile- it's just getting a hold of her that's the issue lol.

one of my easter eggers, brownie, likes to jump on my back while I'm crouched down near them and just sit up on my back while i mingle with the others..

Whenever I sit in the run with them, let like to come up to me, eat my hair (or at least try to), and just sit on my legs and chill with me. I'd sit with them a lot back when they were only a few weeks old, and our leghorn was the first to hop up onto my lap
