Definitely something in it. No breed in particular stands out if that's what you're asking. Could be a bantam Cochin with that cushion-like tail. To me it looks like it came from a Silkie mix. So not exactly half one breed, half another.

Makes sense i have his sister and she looks just like him but darker in color
