What can I do?? Chicken, button, duck, and goose eggs, only 2 bators!

Gosh! I would be so afraid of hand turning quail eggs! I am even scared to candle them! It seems I always drop one when I'm picking it up or putting it back, not too much, but it's never the same one!

The ones I got from Tori have not been touched at all since they went in! The last buttons I had I couldn't see anything in them, so I figured why bother?

yeah i dont bother with bq eggs anymore with candling if they hatch they hatch if not oh well. Too dang hard to tell! LOL!

I've only ever dropped one and it fell on my bed..close call! LOL! phew!

Well, I guess 'drop' is not the right term. More like 'jarred'!

I would drop them trying t oget them out of the turner (or whatever I had them in), or drop them trying to put them back in! And then there were a few times when I was putting water in the bator (because of COURSE there is no way in the world to put water in there with a turner full of eggs in the way!) I would lift the turner and set it back down and it would 'drop' back into place!

I never actually broke one, just shook it up a bit I'm sure! So that's why I do not candle quail eggs anymore!! Well, not buttons anyway!

Can't see through them anyway!

Shelly, use a funnel to put water in the bator when it is full. The water goes DIRECTLY where you want it and how much you want to let in there!

Keep the duck and goose eggs in there, my ducks have quit laying URGH!!!! You got the last ones!

Well, I had to go help a friend of mine today, and wouldn't you know it? The one time the mailman decides to bring the package to the house and I'm not here!!

He is supposed to redeliver it tomorrow, so I will have them then! That's good, because our vehicles are being temperamental at the moment. Mine has an electrical short somewhere, dad's car has a problem with the front end, and his truck has a flat, two actually, the spare is flat as well! We took the car today to go to my friend's house, but it is getting really bad, so it is gonna be for taking the kid to the bus in the mornings and that's it till it gets fixed or quits!

But I will have them tomorrow!!
