What can I do to help sick chicken

One of my hens isn't her self, I took her to the vet on tuesday and they weren't sure what to suggest other than to try worming. Her tail was down, she had diarrhoea, and was just standing around. She perked up as the day went on and is looking much better. However, one of the other hens has started pulling out the feathers at the base of her tail, she's become stressed so I've put her in an xxl dog crate within the run and she seems happier. I'm going to give her a few days rest, I'm going to get some anti peck spray too but is there anything else I can do to give her a boost ?

Basically it's one of three things; eggbound, lice/mites, worms, or a combination of these.

She's gone down hill again. Her crop is quite squashy, but there is no leakage from her mouth or smell coming from her, I don't know if it's because she hasn't really eaten today and it's just the water she has drunk ? Her crop didn't feel like this yesterday. I'm feeling quite lost with it all
