what can I do?

I noticed that every time the gosling go for a swim, they always poop. I find myself cleaning it many times a day. Is there anything I can do to keep the water clean? :/

Sorry but I had to laugh, very normal . I have a large kiddy pool and change the water out completely once a week but on reg days I just add water till it has run over and fairly clean, then I put some 35% food grade Peroxide into it to kill any bacteria. it really does help keep it clean. Other than just cleaning and adding fresh water there really isn't much else you can do. Mine are still here after 9 yrs so they must not have to have sparkling clean water.

I use a heavy duty black plastic livestock feeding pan from Tractor Supply about 8' high. Change the water twice a day at 4am and 6pm. Cause I love my gooseys.

Thanks for the suggestions!! I am loving this site everyone is sooo helpful. I am thinking about making my own pond in the backyard. Are there are any kind or kinds of fish that does the cleaning for me, instead of having a kiddie pool.

Sorry that sounds funny but you know when you have an aquarium filled with fish, there are these type of fish called cleaner fish. They suck on everything clean the tank from bacteria and fish poop. Is there a type of fish to clean a pond?

i never heard of a fish that does that well i heard of a type of carp but they are not around where i live they live in america well the kind that cleans it is an invasive species .. its the asian carp they are bottom feeders and someone got them to clean up their chicken poop they had water under the chickens and the poop fell into the water and they ate fast and he didn't want them any more and then threw them into the river now there every wheres and they breed fast and can get big

I'm sure there is but I don't know who they may be.
