I completely overfeed mine treats- and we are talking bacon and noodles and the like. I have for years. They are dewormed regularly- and they are all on the healthy non-fat side. I wish I had a chicken's metabolism. I have one chicken on the fatty side and she's nothing but trouble. Since she's fat she doesn't like to jump down from her roost because it is harder for her to make the leap. Just like people, it's difficult to be heavy.
