What can I give my ducks?

Last year we raised 2 hogs (at 500# each, they are hogs) and a big part of their diet was produce department scraps and trimmings. The geese and ducks would come running, racing the chickens to pick thru the pile. Didn't see a certain item they preferred but everyone ate well. Even saw a goose nip at one of the hog's noses over a piece of fruit

Skip the mushrooms and spinach! Meat should be fed in small ammounts. Tomatoes sound wonderful though!
(Spinach actually deprives a laying feamale of her much needed calcium!)
