Really depends on how many chickens you plan to get.
No more than 12. I have an 8x8 coop now with 12 chickens in it and we just hatched out 44 babies! Most are already gone to friends but I’m planning on keeping around 8-12. My run can easily be split in half if I needed to so they won’t all go into one coop.
I'd disassemble it and use the lumber to build with.
The shape and dimensions of the deck are awkward -- not big enough to walk into, not shallow enough to reach through (I can't touch the far wall of my 4'x4' coop no matter how far I lean into the access door) -- and the floor isn't solid so bedding would sift down through between the decking boards.
Looks like you've got some GREAT lumber in it.
