Bumbleberry Crumble

Crumble:

If using a really large dish, or like thick crumble part, double the recipe

1/2 c butter
1/2 c flour
3/4 c packed brown sugar
1 cup rolled oats

Put all the dry ingredients in food processor and cut the butter into pieces to put on the top. Process until crumbly. I do this in short bursts.

In a casserole dish, put all the fruit. Cover with crumble mix and bake at 375 until bubbly and brown. (about 45 mins or so)

Serve with icecream, whipped cream or even on its own.

This is old faithful in our house. When I don't know what to make for dessert, this is what is served.

Quick, easy and very yummy.

Cheryl

Whoops - I used the standby temp by mistake. Correct temp posted.

I like to mix them together in good old pancakes too.
Bread pudding is a simple, easy thing to make. Just add the berries to any recipe you find for that. We love it served warm with vanilla ice cream.
