What can you do with cabbage?

Here's another: slice it thin, season with sesame oil, rice vinegar, black pepper, finely chopped ginger and maybe a handful of sesame seeds. Great alongside any kind of roast, with seared salmon, or fab w/ sushi or riceballs, etc,if you have one very picky vegan in the house . . .

nothing better than bbq and cole slaw sammiches. salt and pepper then sear your roast, put it in slow cooker with a couple cups of cider vinegar, onions and garlic then let go for half the day

while roast is going shred your cabbage, add shredded carrot, mayo, cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed then let stand in fridge for a couple hours

When roast falls apart easily
drain fat, add bbq sauce (or make your own mustard, ketchup, etc:)

serve slaw atop your sammich and yum yum!!

I'm pretty boring

I just steam my cabbage and eat it with cider vinegar.

Cabbage rolls are DELICIOUS! I like to make it like a casserole.... layer the ingredients in a pan and top with the sauce and bake.

I also make it with sweet and sour sauce instead of the traditional sauce for a more Eastern flavor... YUMMMM
