I remember when my U.L. had at my count 289 leghorns open ranged. Beautiful crystal white birds scattered all over. U.L. I am guessing would not have been washing chickens.Oh ok I had no idea so many white breeds can lay brown eggs, interesting! I’m picking them up in a few days, I’ve never seen them yet so I’ll take photos and post them on here. Are white chickens pretty clean looking or do they get dirty looking easily? Just wondering, I’ve never owned white chickens. Thanks guys!

No I hadn't, I just scrolled up and looked thank you. Those look a lot like some hatchery white Jersey giants I have. They never got any bigger than a regular hen.Did you see the pics?
