A machine: I'm pretty sure those are Styrofoam. You can see little hexagon-shaped marks if you look closely.

EDT: also, the tops of the eggs are crushed.

Cream legbars, aracaunas and true ameracaunas all lay blue eggs. I don't think any do speckles.
