What color am I??

This is my cochin Bella the beuatiful. Sometimes she looks blue sometimes she looks silver. How do you tell the difference??

That would be considered blue. I believe the only Silver is either Silver laced or Silver penciled in Cochins.

Blue has such a wide range of shades.

Edited to add: The Silkie in my avatar is a dark blue. Her wing tips and and back end are almost as light as your cochin.

Yup, definitely andalusian blue. Lavender don't have dark heads or edging on their wings. They are a more consistent pale bluish/silver color throughout.

Yeah!!! Thank you!!!! I really wanted a blue cochin and so I am really happy she is blue. Not that it would have made a difference if she was called silver I guess, as I think she is beautiful just how she is. But yeah, I am really happy she is blue. Suz
