Can't tell if the first one is a grizzle or splashed. What color is the colored specks on the head? The second one is an ash-red velvet splash. If you see any blue/black flecks on that one, then it is a male. You probably are right about their sexes but you'll have to wait until they start courting.

Put a pan of water in there, and they will do it for you
