I don't need any more broodies, so I'm not too happy hearing this lol. Maybe the neighbors need more chicks? Hopefully lol.Try a leghorn (my favorite is mille fleur leghorn) for a very white egg. Wyandottes lay light brown/pinkish eggs. They make wonderful broodies. The blue wyandotte in my avatar was my best broody ever. RIP Clara. My only broodies right now are my wyandottes (her daughters).
Thank you. Maybe i could buy fertilized eggs and let either the Wyandottes or my Bantam hatch them.If you can find a source, barred hollands, California greys, etc are good choices
