What color is he?

Here is our first serama. His name is Waldo and I just adore this cuddlebug. When we brought him home he was solid white. Now he is getting splashes of caramel. Does this color have a particular name? I love watching him change! Any suggestions on what colors to breed him to? He will be getting some girlfriends in the future

Thank you! I was looking up "caramel" and have been researching their colors...couldn't fine this light speckled color
