What color is my bantam Cochin cockerel from TSC?

I got Biff from the random bantam bin at TSC. As a little baby, he looked like a buff or possibly red bantam Cochin. I'm still certain on the breed, and the fact that he's a cockerel. I just can't figure out what color he's supposed to be.

I’m thinking red. My red hatchery cochin was pretty light, though not that light.
