What color is my girl?

I hatched some eggs, but I cannot figure out what color this girl is. Any guesses? I was thinking possibly scarlet or red range, but these are my first quail so

I would also love some suggestions of what color boy I should put with her since unfortunately I had no males hatch so I will need to either hatch more or find an adult.
