she's blue. Opal's have creamy tan color around nose, eyes, ears, under-tail, and belly. My first rabbit was an Opal!

Chocolate is another of those colors that can cause havoc in a breeding program. I have Chocolates mainly because I have Reds; in the Mini Rex, it's hard to get absolutely all of the dark pigment off the ends of the hairs in Reds. If a Red is Chocolate-based rather than Black, you really don't see the darker hair tips. It's kind of funny; I have a buck that is an Amber (non-showable color, basically a Chocolate Castor), but your impression is that he's a Red, unless you have a Red nearby to help you spot that there's a decidedly brownish top color that shouldn't be on a Red.
