Think the hen ,barring feather are just chick feather not molt out yet. looks younger, i don't see spalding.

This is one of my pea hens ,her father is an IB and the mother is a spalding.
She has spurs as do all my other hens,she also has alot of yellow in her face but it did not show up well in the photo.

The one in the backgrounds chestbis just browner and she looks just like my low percentage spalding hen, that's why I thought spading was a possibility.
