u can breed it back to its father but u never want to breed brother and sister, u also never want to inbreed to much or deformities do pop up. after a few breedings u need to add new blood lines

i think it was just a mess up in the Splash gene since it was a splash bred to splash. U could always experiment and see what u get. I believe you can tell lavender by the color of the feather shaft. I think it's dark purple on the under side. If you post these photos on the silkie thread someone will be able to tell you for sure.I was also wondering that! I don't know much about this, that is why I posted.
