I do, I have a chicken color calculator on my head running at all times.. it comes handy on these forums(to help out) but it's difficult in real life because you start seeing plants, pets and people just like numbers, statistical outcomes.

I would also like to point out that breeding Wildtype with Extended Black is how the Brassy Back phenotype was started(introducing melanizers to wildtype) in the OEG(the hen on the video looks like a brassy back pullet, as in a wildtype pullet with melanized hackle)

Could the above pairing produce this chick?:

The other two from that pair that hatched are a classic chipmunk pattern with a darker color. The only other egg this could have come from was a blue x blue pair. Is this chick splash or an off chipmunk pattern?

Looks like an off chipmunk pattern.
