What color(s) will I get from a comet/BA crossing?

I have 2 comet roos. One is white, but the dominant roo is white with red. I guess it's really more of a light cream color, I don't think the white is as pure as my leghorn hen. I assume it's because they're a cross.

Yes its because he is crossed and if he has the creamish or red color with no black then he should have dominant white like most all golden comets and should work the way I said.

I think I'm starting to get it, but on the calculator I can't make the rooster look like my comet. It either has black or dun markings.
I suppose it'll continue to be a surprise!

I did, I've read it a couple times before and I just went back over it, and still dont see anything that goes against what I said, can you please quote something in the post that you are trying to say or wanting us too see ?

In birds, it is the mother that determines the sex and it can vary a lot, sometimes you get about 50 50 other times it may be a lot more in one direction or the other.

Does it seem to stay consistent with the same bird? If you have a hen that throws more roos, will that continue to be the pattern for that bird?
