What color type? young Silkie rooster

I got this lil guy today, he is supposed to be 4-6 months old and came from a "rescue farm" that takes in unwanted animals, the lady got them from a farm that was abandoned. I got his mom and dad last week and they were both killed by a raccoon so my wife contacted the seller again and we got him, he's the last one. I intend to get him some lady friends in the next couple weeks

What color pattern is he? Painted?

Also why do his feathers look that way? do all silkies have those rough looking feathers or are his just growing back from others plucking them?

What does that mean? Possible crossbreed with another breed?

I will look tomorrow but I believe he has 6 toes too lol, I think his 5th toes split off into twins lol. I will take some pictures tomorrow on that but I just read that its weird to have that so thought it was worth mentioning.

His mom and dad both looked perfect, I only had them one day unfortunately but they looked great.

I agree with the Blue. But with a single comb. This bird has some breeding that included a cross with a single comb breed.
