What color variety are these quails?

Hi quail owners! Looking to expand my farm into the quail and pheasant categories! Just was out shopping for quails when I came across this advertisement for quail pairs. What color variety is the bluish grey one?

A silver tuxedo of some sort, but that looks to be a painted quail. As far as I know, they don't lend themselves well to farming.

I think the breeder was saying they were button quail
