I have a blue rooster with a blue hen and a black hen.. I post a pic of the babies. They look either grey or blue to me. I do know a blue and blue can make some splash..What are the chances they are splash?

They look 100% blue.

Those all look blue to me. Splash would be lighter in color.

Blue x blue gives 50% blue, 25% splash, 25% black chicks.
