what color would you get if you crossed a Blue Laced Splash Roo with..

A Blue laced Red or Splash laced red roo on Columbian Wyandotte hens is going to give you sexlinks, there lacing would probably look a messy or very thin, but you would depending on if you use a blue or splash laced roo, you will get get Blue or Black laced red pullets and males being the SL pattern but with blue replacing the black on some and a yellow sheen on the silver.

Your roo looks to be splash laced so you will get sexlinks as well, just with better lacing, you will get all BLR pullets and all Blue Silver laced males with the yellow sheen on the silver.

this is the wyandotte chick, so, if they are sexlinks what color is what in the babies? what do you think this little one may grow up into?

You are talking about the one on the far right..... right ? It looks like it would be a black laced red, but would probably have lots of black.

yes, the far right one. the little one on the left is my wee little bantam, so cute.

no guess on sex then with that color. Debating to part with it or not, when it comes time to say goodbye to the chicks.

Oh yeah with that color and if it came from a BBS laced Red roo on a Columbian hen, it should be a pullet.

RAREROO you are right on. Here is a pic of my chicks last Jan. GL wyandotte rooster to columbian hen. The golden chicks are hens.

thanks for compliments on my roo, he's a big handsome fella. waiting for some more ladies.

Hold on emjay, I was thinking you and the one who posted the pics were two different people, in the original post you asked about breeding a Splash laced roo to a columbian hen but in the picture you posted a Silver laced hen, are you asking about both of them or what? either way I answered both of them and you would get about the same thing.
