what color would you get if you crossed a Blue Laced Splash Roo with..

I was a dork, and did a typo with the columbian. In my head, I wanted to get COlumbians, but, I have the SL, haha. I must have been asleep when I typed the headline however long ago. sorry. ooops.
I have a SL only.

but, if offspring is same then no worries. It's all good. I had a huge lapse in brain waves , haha.

I own not a one Columbian wyandotte, haha.

I like the look of the Violet Wyandottes cedarpost, have you tried this? I would love to have some of this color too. A very neat looking bird for sure.

Oh haha yep they would be about the same either way, you'll just get better lacing since you do have SL hens. If you want violet laced, bred these sexlink roos back to your silver hens, I think about half of them should be pure to silver, but only have of those sould be violet laced ( aka Blue silver laced) Just select for the ones that have blue lacing and no yellow on the silver in the roos.

Or if you already have Silver laced roos and Splash laced red hens now, then cross them and all the first generation pullets will be Violet laced and then breed them back to the a pure Silver laced roo and you will get half silver and half violet laced.

here is a picture of the pullet from the BLR roo and the SL hen.
she is now 14 weeks old.
