What coloring would this Silkie be called?

I ordered 3 blue silkies and I got what I thought was two blue and one white. But as its grown it is both blue and white. So maybe one parent was blue and one was white? Or can this happen even at hatcheries just bc of genes? They said they sent me 3 blue and I told them that one was white. Anyway I'm just wondering what category to put this one in? I think it's a hen. What would you call her? Mix Silkie? She is 18 wks

That color is called splash. When you breed for blue birds, you have chances of getting black, blue or splash depending on the parent stock used.
