Hopefully someone with more experience with other feather types in silkies will see your post and chime in but from what I can see it's hard to say. I definitely see those wing feathers curling but I've had some regular silkie feathered silkies sometimes have a bit of a curl at the wingtips.
It looks like she is silkie feathered to me so if she is also frizzled I believe you'd call her a frizzled silkie. From what I've read/heard sizzle and satin or the same thing (a non silkie feathered bird bred to the silkie standard that can come in the smooth or frizzled variety) but satin is the newer term and what those working on sizzle/satin projects hope to have the breed name be should they be recognized as a breed in the future. I could be wrong though, it's all a bit confusing to me.

As far as color I'm guessing she is probably some sort of mix. Just looking at her now I'd bet she'll likely end up either looking somewhat like a light partridge or smutty buff but you never know. The darker colored feathers are light enough I'm guessing there is some dilution there, likely she has has some blue involved in her color. She's a cutie anyway, it'll be interesting seeing what she turns into as she grows!
