Thak youI think you cannot tell. The reason is that gene which makes ducks white is a gene for no color in the feathers. But, then can still carry any other color or pattern underneath. Now the black dot confuses me. I am guessing it is a somatic mutation, but not really sure, strange runner pattern? If you want a guess though, I am going to guess blue ducklings. Your Apricot has two blue alleles so they will get one from him. If your female is white but has black alleles hidden then you would get blue.
