What colour is this? Surprise chick ...

This chick is from a barred cochin roo(bantam) over either a white or a blue or a partridge cochin hen. These pics are not great due to a dying camera but nonetheless I would appreciate input on what colour she is and which hen you think was the mother.

I am not sure what she would be classified as, if anything... comments anyone?

I don't think that it is a specific color. Just a mix, very pretty though!

That is a great answer! LOL and here I was thinking there had to be a specific name for it. NO wonder I couldn't figure out what type of colour it is. I am laughing at myself now.... She is all cochin but a mix of colours, yup.

OK vote for most likely mom? Partridge is my guess...

I know she is very unlikely to be a typey cochin at all, but I am hoping that she is going to have her momma's temperament because she is a sweetheart. The bantam cochins are mostly for pets for the kids at the moment. (I am planning on playing more in this arena very soon!
