What Colour Variations Are My OEGB?

I purchased my birds of a reputable OEGB breeder, who has many showbirds, so I do doubt that he would sell me mixed colours. I have picked up the rooster (Who was entered in the show) I really like him, he has his comb dubbed(Which I don't really agree with). He also smells kinda bad, like his head is just really smelly. What is this about? And yes NZ do follow the Australian showing standard, so thats probably what that's about. They all have blue legs. My rooster is black and white. Thanks for all the responses!
I am not sure why he would have a smelly head. The only things I can think of are either bad breath from eating something smelly or disease. Hopefully it is not disease-- there would likely be other signs if it were.

He might just need a bath, if you're up for that. A dust bath might help, too, if you aren't. And maybe feed him some sweet smelling greens like grass clippings (as long as it's grass that's not been treated with herbicides) or something like basil or chervil. Or melons or cucumbers. Good luck!

Thank you. When we bought him home he looked very stressed out, his beak open and panting and a clear fluid coming from his nostrils. Was this just stress or was it an infection? I will post on the emegency forum, thankyou.
