What colour would you call this pigeon

This pigeon was hatched as a complete blue bar with white flights but now that she start molting I can see colouring on her wing. Is she still a blue bar? Or some thing else?

IMO she's still a blue bar. I'll be interested to hear what everybody else has to say about the spots of darker color. My guess is she carries another factor akin to the slate, smokey and dirty alleles, although I don't think it's one of those.

Both her mom and dad are ash red
 
It's a blue bar sooty. Sooty birds typically look "normal" in the nest and then as they molt they grow in those darker feathers on the wing shields (sometimes it looks similar to a blue check). Racing pigeons fanciers often refer to them as pencil.... but it's just another name for sooty.
