What could be wrong with Hank?

My +/- 4 week old BO little guy, Hank, isn't acting right. He's already got the tail convincing me he's a "he" and his comb and wattles are already getting very dark pink.

Day before yesterday, he was fine. At bedtime, I tucked them all in and Hank was fine.

I fed and watered yesterday morning, but didn't have time to spend time with the chickens. I gave them some watermelon yesterday afternoon, but it was so hot, they all were in the coop trying to stay out of the sun. They ate up the watermelon like crazy!

Yesterday evening, I went out to spend some time with the chickens. I noticed Hank kind of "hanging back" and staying to himself, all fluffed up and his tail feathers were drooping. Finally, it was his turn to be held. I noticed his comb and wattles very pale. Then I noticed he wasn't his chipper self when I was holding him. So I held him for a while and talked to him. When I put him back in with the others, he just wanted to roost. I checked for pasty butt...no....I checked for injuries from other chicks...nothing.

Went out this morning, he's still the same. He IS eating/drinking, though.

Anyone have any idea what could be going on with Hank??

TIA!

Maybe he is at the bottom of the pecking order? I know I have a few in my flock of 5wk olds that are not as chiper as the rest because they are at the bottom. or: Maybe he just needs a little boost. Try giving some vitamins and electrolytes and see what that does for him. I hope your little guy gets better.....
