Yesterday evening when I went out to start putting my flock up for the night I found my Muscovy duck with a very swollen face, not very coherent either, I picked her up and my dh and I looked her over for a snake bite or stings from Yellow Jackets but haven't been able to finds either, she had a small amount of blood on her neck but nothing to show for why it is there. I gave her some Benedryl and said a prayer that she would make it through the night, she did but is still very swollen and so far hasn't eaten . if anyone has had to deal with something like this and has any ideas on what we can do to help her please post them.. This is Peggy Sue this morning and no change this afternoon.
