He looks like an easter egger or ameraucana mix (or maybe faverolle) possibly with a new hampshire red or orpington. Maybe even with some brahma or wyandotte ancestry.

Definitely not a black sex link, looks more like a production red or RIR.

Just for clarity's sake, I knew the red/brown hen wasn't a BSL- the other hen rescued (not pictured) was a BSL
